With America’s heroes ordered to guard the homefront, the War Department and the OSS set up a new organization to take the fight to the Axis. Introducing Agent Liberty (Arn Munro) and his Project Liberty squad — the Torch (Matches Malone), Neptune (Neptune Perkins), and Captain Boomerang! The squad is given its latest mission: to retrieve a defecting Axis mystery-man. The only problem is that the squad must go behind enemy lines in the Japanese-held Philippine islands to confront gathered Axis superhumans to do that.
