With the war against the Fourth Reich going badly, the Allies need any advantage they can get. And they got it when Quicksilver defeated the powerful Manhunter of the S.S. Ubermenschen. After discovering that the Manhunter’s amazing DNA can grant undreamt-of powers to their own soldiers, the Allies created Project M. But rather than create super-soldiers, will the Manhunter’s DNA create monsters? And will those monsters be formidable enough to stop him when the Manhunter breaks loose?
