Two criminal masterminds, specialists in fear and psychology, enact an evil plot to destroy Batman once and for all! The only problem is that Batman and Robin are away from Gotham City on a case. Can a handful of non-powered Justice Society of America members — the Atom, Doctor Mid-Nite, Mister Terrific, and Wildcat — defeat a gathering of some of the most dangerous Bat-foes?
