He watched the Locusts pack up and leave as the Guardian oversaw the withdrawal. His Terran counterpart with his extended family departed through a portal when the army had started lifting off. The Phoenix had been returned to her own planet for some type of judgment. Her drained piece of the Starheart had been returned with her.
He laughed slightly as he turned from the scene. Quatrain and Sauvage were shoved into the last ship. The craft lifted off as he leaped from his peak. He bounced from peak to peak, yellow and white clothing blending to his dark environment easily.
The Heckler hopped away, using the still-settling land as his trampoline. His laugh faded as he ricocheted over the horizon.
